DESCRIPTION:

Botswana –Tuli-Block farm.  Limpopo River frontage with lush green cool gardens under big Ana-trees, Leadwood and Jackal berries.
The rustic lodge with accommodation for ±30 people as a going concern is overlooking the
Limpopo River full of hippo, crocodiles, fish and it hosts a prolific bird life. Great fishing and boating possibilities.
The portion on the river side is not fenced and is used as a corridor pathway by the elephants in the area around the lodge.  The balance of the ranch is also not fenced, but it hosts plains game including Zebra, Bluewildbeest, Kudu, Impala, Eland, Redhartbeest and Waterbuck and lots of elephants.
The property topography, is undulating with kopjes, riverine and Acacia plains, Leadwood and Marula trees woodlands. The farm is situated near to the Shashe and Motloutse rivers and is ideal for photographic safaris and bird watching outings. GENERAL REMARKS:

We crossed the Botswana border to view and photograph the property as the border gates opened between South Africa and Botswana. Only two more cars went through the gate when we crossed. No long queues and within 20 minutes we were on our way to the farm.

On the way we encountered elephant and impala.

The lodge surprised us as it greets you with a feeling of rustic, tranquil hospitality – green lush lawns under a canopy of big trees. The Limpopo River calmly flowing as only Rudyard Kipling could explain it.

The rest of the two days were spent on an impressive “Out of Africa” farm with a very diverse habitat from riverine bush and frontage to dry riverbeds with pools of water crossing the farm. The kopjes and views compliment the property. Indeed, a great freehold with title deeds proposition.

The property is registered in two Botswana Company’s names– the transfer of shares could be handled swiftly.
