GENERAL INFORMATION.

This farm is completely game fenced and equipped with electrical wire strands all around the perimeters.

Ownership structure in place to take over the shares in the holding company. Leasehold property with all permissions with Minister of Agriculture in place with the option to renew the lease.

The farm is a registered game ranch, with permissions from local authorities (TEL) as a hunting and accommodation enterprise.

± 1 ½ hours’ drive from Maun, located just north of the CKGR.

Equipped cool and slaughter room serviced by a generator.

Electricity off grid, supply by means of solar panels. A generator adds to the supply network.

WATER SUPPLY AND STORAGE.

3 Equipped boreholes with solar panels supply water to the lodge and the animal watering facilities. Water quality varies from fresh to salty but all palatable for animals. Fresh water used at the house and lodge. Two tanks on stands as water supply for the houses etc.

There are three soil earthen dams/pans and one concrete watering hole supplied by means of a tank on stand.

Rainfall between 400 and 450 mm per annum average.

Main Building:

Double storey house with fibre thatch roof. 3 x Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, scullery, guest cloakroom and living area.2 X large verandas.

HUNTING CAMP

3 X large tents on wooden decks with walkway which is connected to each other and a main building.

The accommodation has 6 rooms built with bricks, 2 X toilets, 2 showers, running water , all equipped with  solar panels

24 Giraffe;                       120 Gemsbok;                           450 Eland;

220 Kudu:                        300 Blue wildebeest;                   130 Zebras;

400 Impala;                     12 Red Hartebeest;                    10 Springbuck.

Warthog, Duiker, Leopard, Lion, Wilddog, Cheetah and Steenbok occur from time to time.

TREES AND GRASSES

Excellent Kalahari type arid Bushveld with large thorn acacia trees, including Camelthorn as well as Three-thorn shrubs, raisin bush, Red Bushwillow and Purple Pod and Bushmen and other palatable grasses.
