The property is located in the Tuli Block ranches along the Limpopo River with the Central Administrative District. The farm is about 9km South of Machaneng village which is approx. 75km East of Mahalapye village

The ranch is enclosed all round with 21 strands game fence and has a fire cut line all around and access is through a ventricular steel gate
SERVICES – Power is supplied from solar power system, water is supplied by two equipped boreholes and also the ranch has water rights to draw from the Limpopo River.
Sewer disposal is through septic tanks and soak away.
Access to the ranch is through a dirt road. This is an inside integrated farm, very private.
CONSTRUCTION – The main guest house is constructed from IBR sheets on steel trusses complete with wooden ceiling over stock brick walls with stonework cladding externally plastered and painted internally, Concrete and timber framed windows.
